Back-end Java Developer
The Job Description
- Analyse bussiness product requirement at client side.
- Design Technical Details design to provide solution to requirement
- Implement tasks in Scrum/Agile way of working
- Work with scrum team to create end to end solution for customer needs.
- Study new technology and do POC for new project for potential customer
- Learning and doing IBM framework of BPM, ODM, ECM (Java base)
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in Java/ Javascript
- System integration skills (API, Web service, Rest api …)
- Understand and able to design data model base on business requirement
- BPM / ECM/ ODM (advantages)
- Critical thinking
- Always eager to learn/study new technology
- Passionate in Technical Software development
- Can-Do attitude

Business Analyst
The Job Description
- Responsible for drafting and updating all functional specification documentation including use cases, process and data workflows.
- Obtain the technical details for the necessary planning deliverables before the implementation phase.
- Leads project handoff and retrospective meetings with members of the Engineering, Quality Analysis, Project Management and Project Owner.
- Will be responsible for capturing & following-up on any action/blocking items.
- Will be the main information resource for project functionality and scope specific questions.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and document complex user interaction scenarios.
- Frequent communication with the client is necessary for gathering requirements and making recommendations.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Ability to gather, analyze and document information clearly and efficiently.
- Proactive nature to actively seek gaps and issues, and make recommendations to functionality.
- Familiar with both agile and waterfall development methodologies.
- Experience with project life-cycle management tools such as JIRA and Confluence would be a plus.
- Must be an innovative, self-motivated, and hands-on professional who excels with new and changing technologies in a rapidly growing and fast moving company.
- Multi-day domestic, and sometimes international, travel will be a requirement for some projects.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
